Overcharged by £10 every month

Wondering if anyone from VM can help me, I've spoke to a phone rep and WhatsApp around 3 times and had my bill confirmed at £46 as per agreement.

It was sorted last month but again this month it's back to £56. I still haven't been credited back for the first overpayment which I was told would happen. 

I have screenshots of my contract and details and also of the reps comfirming my bill will be £46 a month TOTAL going forward.

Can anyone sort this for me on here as I'm getting sick of running around in circles now.

I have the same case. I rang them for 5 times and sent 2 emails and they promised to give me credits. Nothing happened...
