My usual bill is £37. This bill shows the exact same breakdown (charges, discounts) but I have been charged over £110. I have discounts that last until 01 December 2025 which is clear on the bill itself. I haven't changed my contract and am part-way through an 18 month contract. How do I get my money back please.

Please can someone help me with this because I need to know if it's a mistake that Virgin will pay me back for, or if for some reason they didn't mention to me they have increased my monthly bill by over £70 a month in which case I will need to cancel immediately before I get this charge next month
