Hi. New here. Joined VM Essentials in April. Was charged 60 pounds, as expected, on first bill. 20 pounds as normal on second bill then 52 pounds on next bill. Why.
I can't get into my bills details as the system won't accept my email although VM send me info on that email. Help

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for the bill shock. Have you added any other services/subscriptions to your plan that would explain it? As we do advance bill, it could be a pro-rata charge for example.
