Over charged

Hi VM….I signed up to a new contract on the 4th July which came in at £46 a month but the last two bills were for £51.01. I did ring up after the first incorrect bill and after being passed around quite a few times, I was told that there would be a £5 credit on my bill going forwards. Obviously this has not worked and I am back to square one. Please can someone assist me on this matter?
