Order vanished

I was out of contract and considering leaving but used the web offers and decided to stay for a reduced monthly amount. I have a confirmation email from webteam, and not expecting anything to change except the monthly payment. The change was due to be implemented on 07/04. I've just had my next bill amount and nothing has changed (still the higher price).  No record of the order when i log in and any relevant web pages just return an error message.  How can i resolve this and get the new contract i signed up for? It is difficult for me call.

We are sorry to hear the new deal has not yet been implemented on your account.

As rule we are not able to apply new deals from here, But we are able to check your account to see if this had been added and get you an update.
