Order not showing

On 19th March I submitted an order to add on O2 SIM and to upgrade to Volt 1gb. I called customer service today to advise I hadn’t received a sim and my account didn’t show any pending orders. They advised it hadn’t gone through and there was no record of the order on their side. I’ve submitted the order again and under my orders it has still not appeared. Can someone advise as to what is happening as this is incredibly frustrating.

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the ordering of the O2 sim card to obtain Volt benefits.

I'd be happy to look into this for you to see if I can find any further information on the order for you, to see if this can be resolved.
