Order not showing up

Hi I placed an order a few weeks ago to upgrade my WiFi as I was out of contract and it wasn’t showing in my virgin media app but today I received an email from the webteam about my order, the email looked really strange it looked like this : dummy="1"> Online order reference:
dummy="1"> 
dummy="1"> Hello,
dummy="1"> 
dummy="1"

so I went on to the app to see my order and it was showing up but when I log in to track it on the internet it’s not showing up please could anyone help me with this thank you

Sorry to hear about your upgrade not going through, and then for you to receive this email, which is very odd indeed.

I'd like to investigate this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
