Not received confirmation email for broadband

I've put all the details for the student Wifi deal and received a text message from Virgin Media about the pre-contract documents. However, I haven't received any confirmation email regarding the Wifi delivery. I selected Monday as the 9th as the delivery date, but nothing has arrived, and I still haven't received any emails. I'm unsure whether the order has gone through or if the delivery is on its way. Please help.
