I had an email in February from VM saying that my contract was at and end. As I was planning on moving in with my partner, I thought "happy days, I'll just cancel.
VM now say the email was a mistake and have forwarded me a copy of the contract that says I cannot cancel until August unless I pay the early termination fee. As I feel I have been misled, I feel that I shouldn't have to.
I have attached a copy of the email. Thoughts?
