Hi,
I signed up a couple of days ago and got my order confirmation, and it said we would receive a contract email. Since then I haven't heard anything and the router is due to be delivered on Monday. An I able to check the status of the order?

Thank you for getting in touch - sorry to hear you haven't received any contract email just yet. Sadly we are a bit limited with these kinds of issues via this platform as we can't help with initial sales, or Pre-install issues.
