No welcome email

Hi

I have ordered virgin media WiFi for my new house. I ordered this on Friday 26th July. But I have still not received the welcome email. Therefore I cannot set up my online account as I don’t have an account number or area reference. I therefore cannot check that my installation is still planned for this Saturday, as I am unable to view this anywhere.
