Please help me as well I have the same issue, I'm pretty sure the email was wrong. Now I have had the broadband for almost 6 months kindly do the needful.

Hiya , when I try login to the app it's says i need account number but I didnt recieve a numher eitger through mail or through post and its been a while since I hage had tge modem please help
