No option on my account to switch to ebilling.

There’s no option to select ebilling and from looking at other posts on here it seems you have to post on here and wait for somebody from Virgin to contact you.

Hi, I am having the same issue, I've been set up for paper bills and being charged for them with no option to switch to paperless billing. Please can someone from Virgin PM me.

I’m having the same issue, I’ve followed all the guides and advise and I don’t have the ebilling option. The only option I have is billing which has no option of changing to ebilling. I need this rectified so I’m not paying £1.75 every month

This is also an issue I have as well. I really hate the paper verisons of bills as they feel like a bit of a waste, followed all the guides I could find but still no luck in sorting this yet. Any fix?
