I signed up to a new Virgin WiFi contract last week and was expected delivery today which is yet to arrive. I’ve also no received any documents other than Pre-contract documents so do not have an account number even after paying the installation fee.
Any help would be great.

If just waiting on Hub delivery, try the the Sales team on 0800 183 1234 and see what they say
Or call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they know - you can also book a Tech install - they open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
