No confirmation email after ordering broadband

Hi,

On 15/09/2024 I ordered a student broadband deal and received pre-contract details/order details. However it says in the email that I will receive a confirmation email with setup date and account number (to make an account for bills) but have not received any further emails. I have checked spam folders etc and nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
