Wow, looks like I am not the only one.
I also renewed my contract, agreeing a renewal price for my services to remain the same. Not long after I noticed I was missing TNT sports - so called customer services who wanted to charge me as add on for TNT. I refused and to pay anymore and eventually they told me it was all sorted and TNT had been added at no extra cost.
Sorted......... or so I thought!!
The "sticky plaster" discount they applied to add TNT sports to my account lasted a month and I was then charged for TNT sports! Again, I contacted customer services, this time by through WhatsApp chat, where again they promised discounts to realign my account with the telephone call agreement.- nothing happened and I am still being charged over and above the contract price.
More long telephone calls to customer services which feels like they either have no authorisation to look into things like this or primed to deflect.
Following these calls, I opened a complaint, explaining what the exactly what the issue was and how I wanted it resolved - the complaint reply ignored me stating that my contract had been missold and did not address this in anyway shape or form. They sent an email stating to contact the telephone number where nobody listens to you if I was not happy.
This morning, I have requested a copy of all telephone calls etc to take this matter further with the ombudsman but also found this board - I would be delighted if this can be resolved here so I don't need to waste anymore of my time.
