Just renewed my contract which runs out on the 3/9/24. So they sent me an email about starting a new contract but at a reduced price.saying that everything would stay the same. Got an email today saying everything is good but have stopped my TNT! Why when I was meant to be keeping the same things I had before?

We're sorry to hear of the lack of TNT Sports being included within your new agreement.
We would have to advise that since the take over from BT Sports to TNT Sports, the agreement held with the broadcaster of this content has since changed and this can no longer be included within the TV packages that we sell and would need to be issued as an add on?
Within the E-Mail, does this state that TNT Sports would be removed at all?

The sales person says one thing, email says another. I'm afraid it goes with the email.
