I agreed a new renewal price but the contract price is different and more. I've tried to use the whatsapp chat and phone but it's very hard to speak to someone who can sort it out. A very frustrated customer is there anyone at Virgin who can please help?

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with a new contract, just to confirm, did you receive precontract documents that showed the correct agreed price but have since received others that show a higher price?
