New account set up on phone, now my email is associated with 2 accounts as the username

(Same issue as this thread which I replied to, but figure it's best to start my own https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Managing-Your-Account-Cable/I-have-2-open-accounts-but-cant-acc...)

I'm guessing the person I spoke to on the phone yesterday while I set up a new account has entered my email as both the contact AND the account username. Could I get some assistance please (unable to do it online as it loops back to my original account), thanks.
