New Contract rates

I received an invoice with the rate to renew my contract. (had a note to phone them to discuss, but they have beat me to it)

What number do I call to speak to a human with regards to this. (called 0345 454 1111, but said my account is overdue and I need to pay, which it is not only due 12/02/2024)

Been waiting over 45 minutes on the app chat to get connected to an "accounts specialist"
