New Contract not showing

I renewed my soon to be expiring contract via the "renew your contract" pop ups that appear when logging into virginmedia.com and received the contract documents and order confirmation on the 9th of August 2024.  The email says that it will take 7-10 days to "activate".

However to date, if I click on "view contract", I still get the details of my old contract.  When am I to expect the details of my new contract to appear?

It might be worth mentioning that I still have the option to "Renew your contract", even though I have already done this (as explained above) and received the contract documents and order confirmation.

I did this 6 weeks ago. Virgin have no record of it happening and won't honor the contract. 🤷‍♂️
