Hi,
My contract is coming to an end and in my online account virgin offered me a new 18 month contract to which I accepted. It’s pretty easy as it says I lose nothing.
i have the email confirmation of the order but everything online is the same and still showing the old contract.
i also have the option to disable TNT Sport as its a 30 day rolling contract but I can’t see anywhere online in my account where I do this?
finally, logging into my account STILL shows me the same offer which I accepted, and for some odd reason it’s allowing me to place the order again and wish despite already doing so.
Is this common? I’m unsure what to do now and I don’t want to be hit with a big bill once the contract finally does finish.

I wasn’t told to wait 24-48 hours for systems to update?
I have just had multiple phone calls, one in which I asked to make a complaint about the first call I had.
I was then transferred to technical support to make that complaint.
I then got transferred once again and still did not get any information about making a complaint.
the technical query I had also still remains unanswered.
It has been a nightmare.

I placed an order last Thursday evening and all was correctly updated this morning.
