My netflicks was hacked 7 weeks ago,virgin media customer service have not blocked the 5 people who are watching my streaming ,keep saying we get it sorted but still cant watch netflicks ,all I do every 3 days is contact virgin ,keep saying it’s being sorted ,,,25 years with virgin and this is the service I get,a bit of a joke now
