Negotiated new contract today and received new contract and it is £10 more expensive than agreed

As title, I've the full name of the person from the Swansea office.

I would appreciate someone reaching out so this can be corrected please and I can give full details.

We're sorry to hear there's been a discrepancy with your contract after negotiating a new deal. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

Hello this issue was looked into by Kath_F previously. However after being given assurances everything was correct and the bill would revert to £74 in January, the bill has arrived today at £84. The original issue is still present in that I'm being charged £10 too much.

Sorry yo hear the package cost is still £10 more than advised.

So I can get this amended, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
