My bill overcharged and temporary suspended acccount because unpaid bill

Hi, my bill comes off every 17th of each month and I upgraded last month and it should be £44 something but the bill was £71 and don’t know why, my WiFi stopped working and  when I tried to resolve it, my account has temporary been suspended until I’ve paid an unpaid bill of £111 and don’t have a clue why it’s that and I’m not paying it

Hi @MurdochA93 

Check that your new contract is set to the correct new monthly contract price in case it hasn't been updated to the agreed price.

The bill may be higher due to your package change being mid billing cycle, so also check your latest bill and use the following page which may help explain any differences.
