Hi I am moving my tv to another room on the other side of the house. I spoke to my electrician and he said that virgin needs to move tv cable and box before I can proceed. Who can I contact to do this?
thank you

Hi CMort
There would be a £25 non fault call out charge (it used to be £99) to do the work you require.
You should call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

Hi @CMort 👋
A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.
We can most certainly arrange an engineer to come out and relocate your equipment but as newapollo has advised there is a £25 charge for this type of work.
If you are happy to proceed on this basis, then please do respond to my PM 📩 and we can take it from there.
Cheers!

Thanks for your time via PM @CMort
The visit has been arranged for you.
Please ensure there is someone over the age of 18 present at the time of the visit. If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can also do this 👉 online or via the MyVM app by 4pm the day before the appointment.
If you do miss an agreed appointment for any reason, a £25 missed appointment charge will be applied to your account on the day of the appointment.
Let us know how the visit goes! 🙂
