Moved house, any way to cancel without getting charged?

Hi all, I’ve just moved house and I’m looking to get out of my virgin contract. I can get virgin in the new place but the speeds have been inconsistent since signing on and I’d rather explore other options. Is there anyway to get out or am I going to have to pay for the privilege?

    You would need to pay a disconnection fee sorry.
