I got a call from retentions team 0203 7436946 which does not allow you to dial back to them.
How many chances will they give to try to call you ( they need to remember that not everyone can answer their phone at work!!)
Is there an email address. I want to give them one chance to see if they can come back with an offer.

I re contracted over a week ago , so just goes to prove how bad their systems are !!
Thought I had put them right yesterday but still got another call today...

They will most likely try again we can't promise this nor organise a call back but in my experience they do try a few times.

Just listened to the message again, and they did leave a number, I thought it was the standard VM number, but its the retentions people. Long story short, sticking with VM 🙂
