Good morning team.
I have a bit of a dilemma! yesterday i upgraded to gig1 broadband, the lady on the phone was very polite & helpful, she was sorry to hear about all the trouble i had with virgin upgrading & said she could sort it all out no problem at all, so we went ahead & she said as of all the problems i had she was NOT going to bill me the one off charges of £35.00. to which i thought was kind of her, so we went ahead & she sent me a email with the terms & conditions of the contract & asked me to read it befor i agreed, to which i did & was 100% happy with it all & told her to proceed, everything tickety boo or so i thought!!! got up this morning & i have a new email with another contract stating that i was going to be billed the one off charge of £35.00! surely this is a conduct of mis-selling or misrepresentation! i did'nt know weather to attach the 2 emails to this post so i have not, but if you need them i can certainly forward them to you, hope you can help me with this predicament.
