I've not been abe to pay online as the Bank Verifcation does not allow scrolling of the verification window to select the confirmation button. This has not been working for months and based on messages on this board impacting others too. Ive tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers as well as the Android app. Scrolling of the verification window is not possible via any of the above. Can someone actually take a look at the code on the payment page and confirm it works?

Which bank are you with?
When did it stop working, was it after an update on the phone or to the app?
What error is it giving you?
Does it just go blank?

Hi,
I am with Lloyds, and I think it has been doing this for about a year (or more). There is no error, just no ability to scroll down t the continue or confirm, button at the bottom of the window, which means I cannot complete this step. Only possible step for me is to close the window. This is happening both on my PC and the app on my phone (android).
