Lost my TNT sports

Hi I have had the same emails and cant believe what I have read . So if I take out s new contract I wont be on the same package as indicated in the email I have received. Is this true ?

Hi @Petestoke thanks for your message here.

It does all depend entirely on the contents of the packages you are being sold. It is true however that Mega TV (which has replaced Maxit TV), no longer includes TNT Sports so if you was to renew your contract with a Mega TV bundle, you would need to have TNT Sports included as an add-on in order to keep this.

My issue is that the email and documents state renew my same great  package copy below. Even when I follow the links it refers to EXISTING package also copy below but then lists items which isnt my package no Maxit but mega tv . No additional box and I am not on 360.

Please can someone clarify as this is appalling.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the package you are having.
The Mega TV package is the new Maxit name for the TV bundle. Since last August, we had changed the Maxit TV package as it no longer includes TNT Sports except as an add-on.

The team can get this added on for you at a discounted rate, reach out to them here.

So you are admitting the details and offer to renew my EXISTING package are incorrect you have been sent in the email are incorrect. This is very disappointing and misleading and you are now saying you actually want to charge me more ? How much mire as this is extremely poor and miss selling saying one thing which is not true surely you cant do that as it isnt my EXISTING package ?

I look forward to a full explanation as there seems to be some misunderstanding of the term EXISTING?

The Maxit TV as a package no longer exists as we have made some changes to the available TV packages. This means in renewal the package is no longer on our system.
