Hiya basically I put in a order for Full Fibre package and only noticed I put a typeo in the email address, Luckly I was able to create a new email address for the typo account, but reached out to live to chat to get it changed to my original, But just noticed an email come in to the typo email address about a change to the install date and now worried I've missed my "welcome email" and its gone missing and I'm unable to create an account as i need the Area code and Account number.
Hopefully someone can help maybe a resend those emails or even telling the details over this.
