Joined - No contract/installation confirmation

Can anyone help please. 

I have joint Virgin broadband but only received my pre contract and I opted for the installation date Monday the 26th, but I haven’t had any confirmation emails or anything. I can even create an account as I don’t have an order number. 
I don’t want to stay in all day Monday waiting on them incase they don’t turn up. 

Can someone help please.

Hi Ordy123 

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post, probably longer at present since it's a bank holiday weekend)
