Did you manage to get this resolved. I’m fuming right now as they’ve just screwed me heavy too!
please help me out! Same situation I wasn’t not aware I’m due any further payments but these thieves and lowlifes have applied. A miss payment. I paid every month on time and all my bills yet they do this. I want to know what I need to do to get this off my account. It’s their fault and miscommunication along with poor management.
Any help is appreciated
