Hi - I received a new contract offer for broadband account but no option to accept it. Nobody I have spoken to over the phone has agreed to put it through. The final person I spoke to last week asked me to email it to his supervisor who would “honour the new deal offered” but so far nothing has happened and I have emailed again this week but so far nothing. Why is it impossible to accept the new contract that has been offered to me?

Sorry to hear you are having this issue when trying to get your new contract put through, its not the experience we want our customers to have, for this we would like to see about what we can do to help push this through, for this I am going to go about sending you a private message to discuss this with you further.
