BT has just charged me a full month out of contract broadband and tell me that Virgin did not contact them. What happens now? It seems very difficult to do anything when noone has a phone number

And it looks like they are going to charge me another 30 days from today, so I think the only way to get my money back is by cancelling Virgin within my 14 days cool down
