I've already complained to virgin several times. I was promised someone would call me on a specific day and they didn't, I complained again and nothing. What do I do now? Seriously fed up.

Go get a lawyer - I am on my FOURTH COMPLAINT for an illegal billing issue that each time Virgin claims is resolved...only for nothing to change. Does anyone know if we can do a class action suit? I am beyond seriously fedup - please message privately if you want to know more.
