I have moved address but my online account still shows my old details

When I log in my online account it shows my old address and old account number. How do the new details migrate over

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are seeing your old online profile after a house move. We can understand the confusion caused. Typically as you have a new account, we would advise registering your new account and account number with a new email address Login to My Virgin Media | Virgin Media This is because your email and login are still tied to your old account. If you are unable to do so, please let us know and we will do our best to help from here.

I have tried registering it against another email address I have but it states the account number is already registered.
