I am being charged more than what we agreed on the contract

I signed a new contract on 11 January for £20 a month and now they are charging me £44. I tried to contact and called many times but nobody answers. How can I sort out this problem?

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your contract, with this can you confirm if you received a contract notification sent out to you with regards to this?

Yes, I received and email with the documents on Thursday 11 January. Could you suggest something or look into it?
