I signed a new contract on 25 October. Today I received a new contract where is a difference in one of service. The original contract had Netflix Bundle Premium but today contract removes it to Netflix with ads.

So that is the new contract because of change in Netflix. Its up to you to accept the final contract or reject in your cool off period. What's was discussed and agreed before is just discussion until contract made up. This is now in a final contract document (with any amendments VM wanted to make) and its now up to you to accept or decline it.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Netflix bundle changing.

Can we ask how you arranged the new contract?

If it was with our team over the phone or online then we would have sent you details of what's included and asked for consent by text message and email.

if you arranged this through your online account you would have also been made aware of any changes to your package.

Has the new deal started today as you still have 14 days to switch back to the original package.
