How to negotiate contract without access to the my account app

my broadband contract has ended and I received an email from Virgin saying that I can get the same services for half price elsewhere. Can’t get access to my account app as it won’t accept my email and the person I spoke to on 03454541111 said that she could not reduce my bill Anyone know who to call to negotiate contract

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your package at the moment. We wouldn't be able to look into any package changes with you over the forums. 

please give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, 4 and 4 again, this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you and hopefully be able to put you onto a deal that better suits you. 

Regarding your online account, have you tried to use the forgotten password link to try and access your account? If you have tried that and are still having issues, we can look into that from here, so please let us know if you need further assistance with your online account issues.

The my account issue has been resolved over the phone having been put through to the technical department
