How to get a refund

On our wavelength

I've left Virgin Media (poor service and value). I gave them 30 days notice in January, which ended my service on the 29th February, but they billed me a full month to the 7th March. They have now billed me a full month for the period 8th March to the 7th April!!!

What's the best way to get a refund and should I get a pro-rata refund for the bill period ending 7th March?
