Hi @smithy01793 thanks for your post here in the Community, we hope you're well.
If you're wishing to transfer the account name into someone else, it would essentially be the same as a termination - you'd need to contact us on 150 / 0345 454 1111, and the team will process the disconnection and help you set up the account in the new person's name.
Please note, this is subject to a new 18-month contract in the new person's name too but we'll work to find the most suitable deals available.
