I have been signed up to Virgin's TV and phone packages, without ever requesting either. I have been sent a 360 box that I don't want.
I want to cancel my TV and phone, but keep the broadband. I will either return the 360 or scrap it.
I've tried to use their live chat, but after an hour waiting in a supposedly 10-minute queue, I've given up on that.
I've using their website, but there's no options provided to downgrade.
I've tried to call them, but cannot find a phone number.
This is my last effort before I give up and switch to BT.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
You could select the leaving option and speak to retentions who are usually UK based, best time to call is at 8am when the lines open if they are busy tonight.

It's a shame to hear that you're unhappy with your current bundle. If you wish to change it at all, it'd be best to speak with our retentions team on 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a Virgin Media landline) who'll be able to outline offers and options with you.
