Hello. I added sky sports to my account, and for some reason virgin homeworks has also been added on without my permission. I’ve been on with the virtual chat guys to remove homeworks. They confirmed it would be removed from my package and I wouldn’t be charged. I’ve just checked my latest bill with homeworks still active. Can someone help me remove this from my account please?
