Hi
In December me and my children had to leave our family home due to safe guarding concerns. We are on the list with housing executive but the housing situation here is in an awful situation both with NIHE and private rentals so we have had to temporarily move in my my brother and his family. I only just took out my contact with virgin in June of last year and I'm in a 18 month contract! Please if anyone can give me advice on how I can get my contact at least paused until we get our own home again or the contract cancelled without the cancellation fee.
With having to leave our family home so urgently it hasn't even dawned on me about my contract until I seen my bill due to come out tomorrow. Everything is so up in the air I feel like I'm drowning!
