Help with set up email

Hello

I need help. I Can not register my virgin account because my daughter set it up for me. She has a virgin account already and was told she could use the email account attached to her account on mine. When I try to register it keeps finding my daughters account and saying we’re found you. I’ve tried setting up with a different email but when I put my account and area in it just finds her account.

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. 

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
