Haven't received welcome email

I am unable to create an account with Virgin Media as I don't have an Account number and an area reference code. I was supposed to have received a welcome mail detailing them, but I didn't receive any mail other than the one entailing pre-contract details. I see this issue has been encountered by other people as well. I'm hoping to find a solution to this.
