As the title says. I have an order reference but am concerned that the renewal has not gone through without the email confirmation. Order ref is XS1000025305. Thanks

Sorry to hear of your concern that your renewal hasn't gone through. Does you communication advise of any 30 day actions such as removing/downgrading a service? For any downgrades or removals of services, this is actioned within 30 days of when the order is processed.
