You will need a Hub 4 /5. There may be a fee depending on the terms of the offer. The offer itself is good. However do you really need an upgrade? Remember text offers encourage impulse buying.

Thanks for your reply. Asking whether I really need an upgrade is a very apt and relevant question. If the only consequence of the upgrade would be a £3 larger bill, and a new Hub delivered, then I might just do it, but I'm fully aware that the needs of our household are well catered for at 500 mbit (350 was fine too!).

Hey badoit,
Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
1. The hub would be sent to your for home delivery or as a click and collect order. Are you able to install the router yourself?
2. There maybe a charge but as Cardiffman282 stated it all depends on the terms of the deal that you agree. Please look into the terms and conditions of the deal that you have been offered, there could be a £35 activation fee and a £5 delivery charge.
3. Yes this will happen again.
Hope this answer all of your questions.
Kind Regards,
Steven_L
